Hired to solve issue with upstairs being too warm. Paid $7000 for a completely new, separate system for upstairs -- but it runs constantly ($650 PG&E bill) and never quite cools to desired level (it cools to 75 degrees, but I wanted 70). Would recommend for simple jobs but not for solving complex issues with cooling multilevel older homes.
