Called him up and he was kind of short on words, just a straight shooter. Gave me a straight billing, wouldn't give me much room for negociation. Told me it would take 2 days it took 3 and he didn't charge me a penny more. Would recommend in a heart beat.

More Than Handy

Jason Sinclair, More Than Handy's owner, was professional, prompt, and very easy to work with. My wife and I both felt comfortable in dealing with him and are very satisfied with the final product. We had a small project (installing about a dozen vents above our house foundain into our crawl space for flood insurance purposes) and he essentially completed the project in a day and a half. He took care of obtaining the materials and permit, was obviously serious about the quality of his work, and did a very good job of cleaning up. We would not hesitate to recommend Jason to any of our friends or neighbors in need of a general contractor.
