I was called back immediately. They came the same day two hours earlier than they estimated which was good for me. They were pleasant and efficient and cleaned up afterward. They cleaned the dryer duct from the outside. I expressed concern for the end of the duct near the dryer. I got a ladder and the lead man used it to detach the flex duct from the metal duct, compress it and reach in to pull out the lint.. I have a stacked washer/dryer and it would have been difficult to move it out.
