I called Carl on his cell phone and he was very helpful in answering my questions. He told me in would be in the area in the next few days and gave me a quote based on my information. He completed the work as scheduled. All further communtication was done by email and was very responsive. I have not actually see the result of the work since I am out of town but my neigbor tells me he did a good job. Thanks for the good service and communtication - it is appreciated.
