Subcontractor didn't tell me he was running late, eventually called to say he couldn't make it. I called Zip Express several times, they seemed professional & understanding. Then they rescheduled for wrong day & time. I found out when subcontractor called to tell me he was on his way on the wrong day. He was professional but schedule didn't work out, he called the next day to make sure Zip had taken care of me--nice touch. Am happy with the installation now, but would definitely warn prospective customers to stay on top of appointment. Zip has many subcontractors & can send someone else out if necessary. Also, apology but no discount? Sheesh.

Paramount Home Theater
Install, Repair, or Conceal Home Theater Wiring in 95124
Comcast spent hours at my home trying to get my service connected. They managed to connect only one room! They have multiple cable lines to choose from that are already installed but couldn't connect any of the other rooms. Ken from PHT came in and had them ready to be connected in maybe 15 minutes...the first and most important one in 2 minutes. Ken knows what he's doing! I've already had him back once to hang a TV. Great job again!
I have multiple other jobs pending, and I'm going to have Ken knock them all off over the next few weeks.
