Experience was okay. Workers arrived late on both days. On the second day, that was a real problem for me as I had an appointment I couldn't be late for and had explained that to Paul Gilbert the day before. As a result, I had to rush out of the house, and had no time to discuss the job that was done, what I should do to keep the tile/grout looking good, etc.
The guys worked hard at cleaning the tile on day 1. And the regrouting of the tile makes the shower stall look a lot better than it did. I am happy about that.

Grout Doctor did an EXCELLENT JOB. I had a nightmare remodel 4 yrs ago and my shower developed a leak which flowed through my microwave and flooded my stove downstairs. Grout Doctor grouted and caulked areas that had none and replaced grout and caulking. I'm a very negative and critical person, but I can't find anything wrong with the job. A friend told me it's the first time I've said anything positive about work done in my home. I just wish I had used Grout Doctor for my remodel 4 years ago. My shower is now water-tight and no more water in the kitchen!!!!

The owner was professional and very friendly. Job was bid at a reasonable price. The workers were efficient and the workmanship was outstanding. They cleaned up after themselves, all in all a very satisfying experience.
